The incredible blonde of this skin, had me leaning towards athletic style looks. But then I gave into the warm and cozy of the pieces shown today. The knits, tweed and tartans all make up such wonderful pieces to mix and match, or to wear solo depending on style.

Bounces
I should never mix redbull and berocca, I know I shouldn’t but I cannot help but get carried away. But then, like now I feel high… and I am going to have to make this a quickie.
A trench or any kind of coat of this caliber is always a MUST HAVE, it really doesn’t even matter that it is summer, this is the kind of coat you can work anywhere at anytime. It is a lot to do with what goes underneath, and even in summer you have those cool nights spent out on the town, that can get instantly cold as you teeter home on 6inch heels at 4am – not that I would know anything about that , usually I take my shoes off

Ka Pow
Phaylen is making me laugh while I am writing this post back and forth, so bare with me, I could completely lose my train of thought lol.
The weather is changing so much at the moment, both down here and over there. It can be difficult to even think of what to wear, whether you wear something just because, or you go all out to try and match the season.
This style dress I think every woman at one stage in their lives owns, in one form or another. Ok maybe not EVERY woman, but I swear in my life it has come and gone, and come and gone again at least 5 times and I’m ONLY 37.

AO Tutorial – Second Life
This is how I make my AO’s and how I have guided others in the past. This tutorial was supposed to have been done ages ago, but I could never get around to it until now.
The new VR Studio has made it an even easier method now with the new libraries, as in the past I would have had to do so with lots of stands. This is how I do it… and is just a suggestion as to how you can make your own unique to you AO by combining the animations and existing AO’s you may already have.
* Firstly rez all the AO’s you have in your inventory. see pic 1

As you may know already I love to shoot AO’s for fashion posts etc, so I have a lot of them as sometimes it can be financially viable to buy an ao and get lots of pics out of one animation, than to buy single poses.
* Unpack all the AO’s you have now rezzed on the ground. see pic 2

Viewer 2
STOP and Breathe, it really will be ok.
Today marks the day many have been waiting for, Second Life Viewer 2.0 – or whatever version they end up releasing, either way it will start with a 2.
I am really not entirely sure where to start with this post, but I did want to try and help out a little in the understanding of the new viewer.
For me the first place I needed to go was inventory, and this will take some getting used to. But lets try and visit as much as we can, it really is a whole new world.
Sidebar:
Home Tab:
This is going to be more useful for New Residents, but also handy to have some of the major website links used for Second Life on hand in your viewer.
* Destination Guide : Listings for Hot Spots and Popular Places around the Grid.
* World Map : An easier reference to the World Map with easy interface.
* My Appearance : This takes you to Appearance Editor – not to be confused with Appearance Mode. With two tabs for My Oufits and Worn – we will go into that in a sec.
* My Dashboard : A short cut in world to your accounts pages on the Main Website. You will still have to sign in, but it will help people get a better understanding of how their account info is handled.
* Quick Start Guide : takes you to the Second Life Wiki Pages.
Profile Tab :
This is everything that your regular profile has. Though things have been moved around and are more in your face than in the past.
You have your Second Life picture at the top, with description beside it as would be your first page on regular profile. Then directly under it is your Real World picture and info, so there is no getting around see the both of those together.
Also includes a ‘homepage’ area for your websites , xstreet page etc…having this easier to access than from previous webtab page.
Partner name is directly under that and is clickable to visit their profile. The one startling thing about this viewer is that profiles are not separate boxes, that means no more minimising a profile to save for a few hours later to shop etc.
It also makes sending multiple people items complicated as you do need to open a second inventory to pull from. If you find that you do not have a picks tab when using Profile, then either right click your body and select my profile that way, or press the save changes button at the bottom of your profile to kick it into place.
People Tab :
*Nearby : Shows all avatars in your immediate area.

Craving Chocolate
Mel said the roof made him crave chocolate, for me it would be more like my Savta’s mint tea. The house is a blend of such traditional style with modern technology, don’t we all look at our furniture in RL now and wish it was texture change at a click of a button.
This home is only small from the outside, but inside it is spacious and charming. It has been built using light and reflection to really enhance your experience, and if you are woeful about having the right mix of furniture for such a complete styled home, then they have that covered too. There is furniture available as well, in keeping with the theme. I swear those are just funny shaped E-Cigs

Purple on Purpose
NEW Skins make me happy. Especially when they have as many great features as these ones, and definitely when they match a preset on fab shoes; without even making any alterations at all.
First off lets talk about ruffles, you know I love me some ruffle panties, but a ruffle skirt as sexy as this one is just a gift from heaven. It has built in panties option or pantyless which is somewhat dangerous with this short a skirt…but it has that low on one side slung hip look I love.

Princess Me
I don’t know why, but sometimes designers feel comfortable to show together. It’s like a natural move from folder to folder, because you just know the quality and vision is on par with each other.

Justice for all
New Skins, New Clothes, New Hair
I remember as do many, the stirrings of discontent with the lack of diversity in skins available over a year or so ago. That changed a lot since then, and the ability to have a skin that is now in more keeping with our originals or something that we aspire to looking like is just lovely.

Moonlight and Lemonade
Totally doing the mix and match thing with the top outfit, the style of the sequined highwaisted shorts allowed so much to be done with them. As before I really do enjoy the pieces that allow you to layer the upper half of the upper half with either older or as new pieces.
